I want to make a site, I have the idea for it, but I'm limited as far as programming it. I can create the actual web design, but not the coding with my own knowledge. Any open source place where I can create the entire site using only open source?

This is apparently a list of open source WYSIWYG editors. No idea if its any good, I always code by hand.
