Is there a mod for COD Modern Warfare so I can have a LAN w/ friends online?

I have a ps3 and i want to be able to have 4 people playing at my house and be able to play with 4 people from somewhere else.





So is there any way i can make my ps3 think that my friends ps3 is on the same network i am on...if hes at his house?

Two ways of doing this, the best way is to have all that people at your house get on and place them into your party, and in the meantime have your friend somewhere else do the same (you'll probably need to make a quick call to make sure your both set). Now Go to the online mode in the game and invite him from under your friend list to join your party (if You don't have his psn id you'll need to exchange them and mark each other as friends). You'll then find his (or your party depending on who host the game) in one big group and ready to start a game. Another more complicated way would be to establish a password based game but that's generally less efficient. Good luck!
